The Difference between Rubber Mat and PVC Coil Mat

1. Composition and production technology are different: rubber mat is divided into homogeneous and heterogeneous. Homogeneous rubber floor refers to the floor vulcanized by a single or multi-layer structure based on natural rubber or synthetic rubber. Heterogeneous rubber floor refers to floor mat based on natural rubber or synthetic rubber. The PVC coil mat is a carpet made of polyvinyl chloride resin. It uses polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resin as the main raw material to make, adding filler, plasticizer, stabilizer, colorant, and other accessories. It is made based on the flaky connected base material by uniform mixing, coating or pressing and kneading technology. It can replace pure wool carpet and chemical fiber carpet.

2. The trick is different: As the strong color absorption of rubber, most of the rubber floor mats have a single color; while the PVC coil mats have bright colors, rich drawings, and strong decoration. Especially it is most widely used in decoration.

3. Installation difficulty is different: PVC coil mat is lighter in texture, convenient and fast in the installation; rubber cushion is heavy and hard to install.

4. Market demand and wear resistance are different: rubber flooring is only used in some high-end occasions, and the scale is small; while PVC flooring is widely used because of its super high-cost-performance ratio, and the infinite market potential.
